PMR Devotion ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PMR Devotion mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. You may also sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, in which case we receive only the information you authorise those services to share.

Devotional Data: Journal entries, prayer reflections, emotion check-ins, and session history that you create within the app.

Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (such as screen views and feature usage) via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience. This data is not linked to your identity.

Guest Mode: If you use the app without creating an account, we do not collect any personal information. All data remains on your device only.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's core functionality
• To sync your devotional data across devices (if you create an account)
• To process in-app subscription purchases
• To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Your devotional data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage (SQLCipher). If you create an account, your data may be synced to our secure cloud servers (Supabase) which use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Supabase — secure cloud data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In — optional authentication

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data as necessary to provide the services described above.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Use the app in guest mode without providing any personal information
• Export your data

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

8. Children's Privacy

PMR Devotion is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the app or via email.
