These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PMR Devotion mobile application ("App") provided by AGOWT ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PMR Devotion is a devotional application designed to support a Scripture-rooted prayer life. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial devotional purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You may use the App in guest mode without creating an account. If you choose to create an account (via email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
PMR Devotion offers optional premium features via in-app subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
All content within the App — including Scripture-based prayers, devotional material, visual design, and code — is the intellectual property of AGOWT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Devotional data you create (journal entries, session history, prayer reflections) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal devotional content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. PMR Devotion is a devotional tool and does not constitute professional counselling, therapy, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGOWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
